Birthday Party Venues in Norman Park

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

Two floodlit bowling greens sit right outside the Function Room at the Norman Avenue bowls club in Norman Park. For a birthday it is relaxed, affordable and easy to make your own.

What comes with a birthday at the Norman Park club:

Hire runs from $400 room hire for a five-hour booking, with extra time on request.
Full-height glass doors fold back so the party spills out towards the greens and gardens.
The room keeps its own toilets, and there is internet, a speaker to pair a phone with, and a screen for photos.
Add two hours of barefoot bowls, with an instructor showing first-timers how it works.
Bring along one birthday cake and the club charges nothing for cutting it.

The room is plain and flexible, so balloons, flowers and fairy lights can turn it into whatever the birthday needs.

Food is ordered ahead from the club's function menu, with a minimum spend on catering.
Chef-cooked barbecue buffets come with salads, a good fit for a family birthday.
A build-your-own burger or slider bar keeps a younger crowd happy.
Instead of drinks packages, the host sets a bar tab amount and guests draw on it with wristbands.
