Choosing the Right Wedding Reception Venue

Elm House is a small wedding venue on Mount Glorious Road, in rainforest bordering D'Aguilar National Park, on Jinibara Country. It takes weddings only and is run by Laura and Gav, whose family lives on the property.

The Elm House wedding:

A timber hall with tall gothic windows, where a banquet table seats up to 50.
Two fireside lounges with couches and a piano.
A deck strung with festoon lights, opening onto rainforest lawns and an arbour courtyard.
Ceremonies indoors or out, with the grounds as the photo setting.
The three-day Wedding Weekend from $10,500 room hire, with two nights in the on-site Studio cabin.

Catering and drinks are BYO, so you choose your own caterer and budget. Timber tables, chairs, vintage glassware and teacups for 50 are supplied.

Sole use from the afternoon before until late morning the day after.
The Studio is a two-storey cabin with a fireplace and clawfoot bath.
A venue manager stays on site throughout.
Grazing, cake, signing and gift tables are included.
