About TLC Events Co
TLC Events Co is a Brisbane-based event management company with a small, experienced team that produces corporate, cultural, community and entertainment events. Clients bring the team in at the concept stage, and it stays with the project through planning, production and management on the day. The service list covers the practical side that makes big gatherings work: operational and site management, permits and liaison with authorities, risk assessments and WHS plans, event layouts and site maps, budget and timeline management, and stallholder, vendor and volunteer management. On the creative side the team handles entertainment programming, production management, creative direction, event styling and sponsorship activation. Corporate events and conferences are one of its core areas, alongside strategic planning, mentoring and consultancy for other event organisers. Past Brisbane work includes food and wine trails, street festivals, outdoor cinema, community carnivals, a bridge anniversary walk and corporate functions for property, construction and media clients. Smaller boutique briefs are welcome as well as large-scale ones. Director Wendy Lacey has 30 years of experience producing large outdoor celebrations, and senior event producer Gemma Pitman leads many of the major projects.
