Everything starts with a meeting to talk through the style and content of the ceremony, including anything the couple would rather leave out. The conversation also covers the location, decor, flowers, hair and make-up and catering. Afterwards Lisa gathers quotes for those extras and sends one written quote, so changes can be made before anything is locked in. Where a park or public spot is chosen, she applies for the permits on the couple's behalf. The Essentials package covers the ceremony itself: a vow-writing guide with samples, the full running order, a PA system for the processional, signing and recessional music, an arbour and signing table, 24 white Americana chairs, a commemorative certificate and lodgement of the legal paperwork. Pop-up weddings suit a smaller budget, pairing the celebrant with optional grazing tables, drinks, cake, a photographer and a reception style from cocktail service to a buffet or wood-fired pizza. Live music, a DJ, a photo booth and lawn games can be added.
