About Rabbits on the Run Catering
Rabbits on the Run Catering prepares share-style food from its catering hub at Seven Hills, on Brisbane's eastern side. The headline offer is the grazing table: a styled spread of sharing platters and individually prepared portions that guests help themselves to while they mingle. Each table is built from one or more menu styles. Breakfast brings mini croissants, danishes, muffins, waffles and fruit cups, while brunch and lunch add sandwiches, wraps, sliders, bao buns, quiches and salad cups. Appetisers cover cheeses, cured meats, dips, antipasto and canapés, and the sweet menu runs to brownies, cheesecake cups, tarts, cookies and mini donuts. Items change with the season, and vegetarian and gluten-free choices can be arranged. The team delivers each table and sets it up using its own platters and display pieces. It then returns at an agreed time to pack down and take everything away, so there is nothing to style or clean up yourself. Tables suit 20 to 100 guests, with larger events quoted individually. For smaller gatherings or the office, there are delivered platters – cheese, fruit, pastries, sandwiches, wraps and cupcakes – plus per-person corporate packages for groups of 15 or more. Single-serve grazing cups can be printed with a logo, a tagline or a QR code for launches and branded events. You supply a table or display surface at the venue. Tables are self-serve and cannot be picked up, while delivered platters and per-person corporate packages (minimum 15 people) suit smaller groups.
