About Select Audio Visual
Select Audio Visual is a locally owned event production company that has been operating out of Woolloongabba since 2003. Its crew handles audio, vision, lighting and webcasting for business events, from conference sessions and presentations to large ballroom dinners with staging, projection screens and moving lights. The team leans on more than 50 years of combined experience and counts over 7,500 events delivered. Equipment is commercial-grade and packed in purpose-built flight cases, and the company's approach is to avoid unnecessary risks once a show is running. Event services managers are also based in-house at the Voco and Emporium hotels. Organisers can book a planning consultation with one of the technical directors or project managers at no charge, either at the venue or at the Woolloongabba studio. That conversation covers the AV design from the first concept through to show day, so lighting, sound and screens are planned around the room and the program rather than added at the end. For events with remote audiences, The Green Room is the company's own virtual and hybrid space inside the Woolloongabba premises, about two kilometres from the CBD, with off-street parking for eight vehicles and hair and make-up available by appointment.
