Choosing the Right School Formal Venue

Springwood students can hold their formal at Springwood Sports Club, a community club on Macquarie Road with lift access and parking on site. Its larger rooms open into a single space for a whole graduating year.

The railway station is close, which helps students who are not being dropped off.

The setup a Springwood formal can use:

Seated dinner: 120 students and teachers at ten-person rounds.
A standing layout: up to 160 when the night is more about dancing and photos.
Built-in AV: projectors, screens and microphones for the year slideshow and teacher speeches.
Room styling: staff bring the formal theme to life with decorations.
Pack-down included: the team clears the room once the night ends.

Food comes from the club's own chefs, who can work around allergies.

Grazing from $35 per person.
Buffets for a relaxed dinner before the dancing.
Plated meals of two or three courses for a formal sit-down.
Dessert stations as a late treat.
