What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

On Macquarie Road, Springwood Sports Club is the Springwood choice for a December celebration. Alongside its function rooms the club runs Gather for casual dining, a terrace and barefoot bowls greens.

Shaping a Springwood Christmas function at the club:

Choose the room: four function rooms and a boardroom cover anything from a small team lunch to a big standing party.
Take it outside: pair the Macquarie Room with its private balcony.
Feed the crowd: buffets, plated courses, canapés by the piece, and barbecue or grazing stations.
Pour the drinks: a classic beverage package runs four or five hours.
Leave the set-up: the events team decorates and packs down.

An events coordinator handles the planning, and a venue tour can be booked before you commit.

Start with a headcount, since Function Rooms 1 and 2 combine for up to 160.
Pick between canapés, stations or a two- or three-course plated menu.
Decide on a bar tab, a beverage package or a private bar team.
Line up speeches using the wireless microphones and screens.
