Christmas Party Venues in Medlow Bath

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Work Christmas parties at Medlow Bath come with a setting few offices can match: The Hydro Majestic, a long white hotel on the escarpment whose function rooms look over the Megalong Valley. The scale runs from a team lunch for a dozen to a company dinner for several hundred.

Christmas formats that suit the Medlow Bath hotel:

A company-wide dinner in the Majestic Ballroom, seating up to 250 under its vaulted ceiling.
A standing end-of-year party for around 400, with cocktail food and drink packages run by the events team.
A formal team dinner in the Wintergarden, where a fireplace and valley windows set the tone.
A relaxed lunch at the Boiler House for a smaller team who would rather skip the formalities.
A planning morning in one of the Delmonte meeting rooms before the party starts, with Wi-Fi on hand.

Some teams choose a cold-weather date for a Christmas in July lunch instead, a habit with a long history in the Mountains.

Settle numbers first, since they decide between the ballroom, the Wintergarden and the smaller rooms.
Ask the events team to match a package to the format, from shared platters to a multi-course dinner.
Hold guest rooms for staff who want to stay, with 82 on site.
Free parking takes the pressure off teams arriving in their own cars.
