Bowling in Bankstown

Six lanes of ten pin bowling sit inside Entertainment Park, an indoor games complex whose Bankstown address is 361 Milperra Road. Because the lanes share a roof with e-karting, mini golf and an arcade, bowling here is often one part of a longer outing rather than the whole plan.

Teen and adult party packages pair a game on the lanes with a meal and two hours in a party room with a host. That takes most of the organising off whoever is running the birthday.

Ways a group can build a bowling outing at Entertainment Park:

• Lanes first: six ten pin lanes give a mid-sized group room to split into teams and bowl side by side
• Party package: bowling plus a meal and two hours in a party room, with a host looking after the group
• Second activity: add the indoor e-karting track, the 18-hole mini golf course or a turn on the racing simulators
• Downtime: arcade games, pool tables and a prize counter keep anyone sitting out a frame busy
• Bigger events: whole-company or club bookings of up to 350 can be packaged to order

Food comes from the licensed Hangry Cafe, where a chef runs the catering and anyone eating gluten-free can ask for it. There is large on-site parking, and prices at the venue start from $22 per person.
