How Bowling Alleys Work

Bowling at Archie Brothers Chadstone comes with a carnival around it: dodgems, virtual reality rides, arcade games and a prize wall share the floor with the ten-pin lanes. It is upstairs on level 1, in Chadstone's Social Quarter, and suits a birthday, a work outing or a night out with friends.

Party groups of 10 to 30 can book a package with a reserved area, and entry is free for everyone else on the floor.

How a bowling party works at Archie Brothers:

Entry package: one hour of either a bowling game or arcade play, served with pizzas and fries.
Two-hour packages: finger food plus one or two hours of drinks – house beer, wine, cider and soft drinks.
Game cards: each guest loads credit and plays as much or as little as they like.
Price: from $23 per person.
Add-ons: nachos, onion rings, lollies and thick shakes.

Under-18s are welcome until 8pm daily, when the venue switches to adults only with valid ID.

Dodgem cars and virtual reality rides fill out the floor.
Arcade and ticket games feed a jackpot wall of prizes.
The cocktail bar pours the Circus Sour, topped with fairy floss, and The Candy Stand, a boozy strawberry shake.
Every function gets a reserved area for the group.
