Christmas Party Venues in Moorooka

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Teams who want a relaxed, self-run Christmas party can take over Hall of Fame on Baldock Street in Moorooka. The converted warehouse is hired to one private group at a time, with its own bar, deck and sound system.

Why a BYO warehouse suits a staff Christmas:

Control the drinks cost: no bar tab or package, just your own keg, wine and soft drinks on the venue's tap and fridges.
Food your way: order in platters, or have a truck serve from out front.
Room for 100 across about 100 square metres undercover, plus a covered deck and outdoor beer tables.
Entertainment ready: the PA suits a staff band, a DJ or a laptop playlist.
Fixed hire price: from $2,365 room hire, with weekday dates by request.

Its weekend nights line up neatly with the end-of-year Friday most teams want.

Leather lounges and warm lighting give a casual mood rather than a formal function.
A projector can be hired to run the year's photos as a slideshow.
The room can be set as a seated dinner for a sit-down Christmas meal.
A smoking area keeps smokers outside the main room.
