About Carillon Conference Management
Carillon Conference Management, known as CCM, is a Brisbane conference organiser founded in 1985 by brothers Ashley and Jonathan Gordon. It remains under the same ownership, and all of its core work is done in-house at its Red Hill office. The firm has delivered more than 600 major conferences and events. For companies, the work covers conferences, incentives, product launches, retreats, think tanks and corporate hospitality. It starts with understanding what the event has to achieve, then moves into design, budgets and planning. Venues, suppliers, promotion, content, entertainment, travel, presentation technology, catering and merchandise can all be organised by the team. CCM deliberately limits how many clients it takes on. One of the directors leads each project from start to finish, so there is no handover partway through, and specialists look after each area rather than one overworked manager carrying everything. On the day the team stays on site to coordinate the program, handle stage management and support attendees. Themed social functions, event apps, delegate registration and on-site check-in can all be added. Government departments, associations and not-for-profits use CCM too. Smaller organising committees can buy just the pieces they need through its Elements packages, such as registration, program support, exhibition management, conference websites or advice. Send an enquiry with your event details to receive a proposal.

How We Work
Frequently asked questions
Who will manage our conference?
One of CCM's directors is assigned to each project and stays with it until completion. A team of specialists then handles areas such as delegates, programs and exhibitions.
Can we use CCM for only part of our event?
Yes. Services can be taken individually, in packages or in combination. The Elements range offers separate packages for registration, program support, exhibitions, on-site check-in, apps and conference websites.
What kinds of corporate events does CCM run?
The corporate work includes conferences, incentives, product launches, retreats, think tanks and corporate hospitality, along with themed social functions for the people attending.
Does the team stay for the event itself?
Yes, the team attends to coordinate each part of the event and support attendees. That includes stage management for presentations and the logistics of travel and ground transport.
How do we find out what it will cost?
CCM does not publish prices. Send an enquiry with your event details and it will prepare a proposal, then work with you on a detailed budget and manage the event to that figure.
