Why your business might already be listed
Party Hero builds out real, detailed profiles for suppliers – genuine pricing, photos and descriptions, not empty placeholder pages – so the marketplace has real content from day one. If you've found your own business already listed, nothing has been taken or signed up on your behalf – it's simply sitting there, unclaimed, waiting for you to take it over.
How claiming works
Claiming is matched automatically by your ABN, not by searching for your listing or asking us to hand it over manually.
- Sign up for a free Party Hero supplier account at Sign Up – this needs your real ABN, checked against the ABR the same way every new listing does.
- Go to your Dashboard and open "Claim Listing."
- If an unclaimed listing's ABN matches the one on your account, it appears there automatically with a "Claim this listing" button.
- Click it, and the listing is yours – full editing access to every detail, photo and pricing field, exactly as if you'd built it yourself.
What happens to enquiries sent before you claimed it
If a client enquired through your listing before you claimed it, that enquiry isn't lost – it's reassigned straight to you the moment you claim, so nothing sent your way while you weren't yet set up falls through the cracks.
Can't find your listing?
If you've signed up and don't see a matching listing under Claim Listing, it usually means either we haven't built one for your business yet, or the ABN on file for it doesn't match what you've entered. Either way, get in touch and we'll sort it out directly.
