About Kombi Keg Byron Bay
Kombi Keg Byron Bay is a mobile bar built into a beautifully restored vintage VW Kombi, run locally by Chris. The van arrives loaded with the drinks you have chosen, serves your guests through the evening, then packs up and drives off with no bottles to collect. Six taps on the outside of the van pour beer, cider or anything else you would like, and a cooled rear compartment keeps wine and soft drinks cold. Popular choices include kegs of beer, cider, wine, prosecco, margaritas and Pimm's. Drinks can be organised for you at wholesale keg prices, which usually works out cheaper than buying bottles. You can also book a dry hire and supply your own drinks for the taps – a common choice for hens and bucks nights. RSA-certified bar staff can pour and mix all night, or for a few hours before guests take over the taps themselves. Choose a surfboard or rustic timber bench, and use the pop-up rooftop TV for photos, a logo or the game (it needs power at the venue). The Kombi is delivered anywhere with vehicle access, from small garden weddings and beach ceremonies to engagement parties, birthdays and business functions. What drinks can the Kombi serve?

Do we need bar staff?
No. You can book RSA-certified bar staff for the whole event or just a few hours, or let guests serve themselves from the taps once the Kombi is set up.

Yes. Dry hire is available, where you provide the drinks and the Kombi is used to dispense them. Otherwise the team can arrange drinks at wholesale keg prices.
Where can the Kombi be set up?
Anywhere a vehicle can reach – garden weddings, beach ceremonies, private properties and party venues around Byron Bay. The rooftop TV needs power at the site.
What extras can be added?
The booking form lists a professional photo booth, giant lawn games, a cocktail slushie machine and a 1.2 m LED LOVE or MR & MRS sign as optional add-ons.
