About EWE Nique Hobby Farm

EWE Nique Hobby Farm is a small family business run by Penny and Farmer Dave on a 20-acre rural property at Haigslea, on the Ipswich side of Brisbane. Every animal has a name, and visitors are encouraged to pat and feed them. The resident animals include alpacas, sheep, goats, ducks, geese, chickens and peacocks. Lambs are there to cuddle and bottle-feed, and the winter lambing season brings baby lambs and kids that young visitors love. A newer section called Fins n Wings n the D's adds dinosaur models, birds and fish, and it is included in the same entry price. An edible garden nursery shows off fruit and vegetable plants that grow well in the local climate. For birthdays, small groups simply join one of the Saturday or Sunday morning sessions. Larger parties of at least 30 people can book the farm exclusively on a weekend afternoon, with food platters provided for adults and children. The Baa Baa Coffee Shed serves tea, coffee and cold drinks alongside Penny's home baking. Guests can relax on the deck or a hay bale, watch the native birds and take in the quiet bush setting. Session numbers are kept small so everyone gets time with the animals. Send an enquiry with your preferred date and group size to plan a visit or party.
