About Our Wedding Cars
Our Wedding Cars is a family-owned Brisbane business that does one thing: wedding transport. Its fleet leans towards the rare and restored – a 1948 Rolls Royce Silver Dawn, Vanden Plas Princess and Daimler Vanden Plas limousines, white and black 1960 Jaguar Mk IX sedans, a 1950s Bentley in black over champagne, and a Graham Paige vintage stretch from 1929. For a modern look there are Chrysler super stretches seating 11 or 12, luxury European sedans and people movers for family and guests. The cars belong either to the business or to its own chauffeurs, who are collectors of old cars themselves, and the company looks after restoration, servicing, licences and bookings for all of them. The vintage and classic cars have aftermarket air conditioning, though on hot days it works harder than in a modern car. On the day, your chauffeur is there to help – settling the veil and dress, holding flowers, calming nerves and lending a hand to the bridesmaids and photographer. Each car and driver is booked for a single wedding a day, so your car stays close between the ceremony, photos and reception. White ribbons and decorations are supplied with every wedding vehicle, and many of the larger classics seat six to ten, which can save hiring a second car. Cars can be viewed by appointment, and the rare vintage models are often booked a year or two ahead. Which vintage and classic cars can we choose from?

How many people fit in one wedding car?
Many of the classic and vintage cars seat six to ten, which often covers the whole bridal party. The modern Chrysler super stretches take 11 or 12, and sedans suit the couple or parents.
Do the old cars have air conditioning?
Yes. Every vintage and classic car has aftermarket air conditioning fitted, although on very hot days it will not be as strong as the system in a modern vehicle.
Will our driver leave to do another wedding?
No. Each car and chauffeur is booked for one wedding only on the day, so the car can wait at or near the ceremony and carry you on to photos and the reception.
How far ahead should we book?
Book as soon as the date is set. The rare vintage and classic cars are often reserved one to two years ahead, while the modern stretches and sedans are easier to find closer to the day.
