1-800 HOT COPS is a mobile male entertainment agency with a Brisbane dispatch hub, sending performers to houses, apartments, hotels and hired rooms around the city. It is built around hens nights, though milestone birthdays and bucks parties are on the list too. The signature routine is a police-themed show of 20–30 minutes: a classic uniformed entrance, choreography and gag moments, with the performers reading the room as they go. The HotCop Cameo is a 10-minute version for shorter surprises and mixed groups, and a double act with two performers is also available. Topless waiters are the other main booking. They serve drinks, help in the kitchen, run party games and mingle with guests, either on their own or as a warm-up before a show. Bookings have a two-hour minimum and can be extended by the hour. Pricing is published and flat for the group, with no per-person minimums, so the cost for each guest falls as the party grows. A deposit forms part of the price and locks in your date, and the balance is paid on the day. Travel is free within 10km of the CBD, then charged by the kilometre. How far ahead should we book?
The agency suggests allowing two to four weeks, particularly for weekend dates and the busy December and January period. It also takes shorter-notice requests, subject to which performers are available on the night.
