About Wellington Point Farmhouse
Wellington Point Farmhouse is a restaurant and café on one of the few working farms left in the Redlands. Tables inside and out look across the paddocks, and the lawn is used for picnics, outdoor dining and live music on some Sunday afternoons. For celebrations, the Farmhouse makes a high tea to order for groups of four or more, with 72 hours' notice. Groups can also choose a shared Farmhouse Feast or a reduced à la carte menu instead. The team hosts birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, baby showers and family get-togethers, and a celebration cake can be ordered to arrive with the booking. In the lead-up to Christmas, the restaurant also takes work lunches and festive high teas. There is a picnic version of the high tea for four to six people, packed as a hamper to take away or eat on the lawn. It mixes sweet and savoury bites, from scones and tarts to macarons, small quiches and finger sandwiches, so bring a rug and settle in by the paddocks. Can we reserve a spot on the lawn for a picnic high tea?
A picnic order does not hold a particular patch of lawn, as it is an open space shared by diners, so bring your own picnic rugs. To reserve lawn space, ask the team about their event packages when you enquire.
Can we add a cake for the celebration?
Yes. Celebration cakes can be ordered as part of a restaurant booking with at least 72 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window are not refunded.
