About La Vinci
La Vinci is a family-run hire and design studio in East Brisbane, started by three co-founders who share the logistics, styling and graphic design between them. Its hire collection centres on flower walls, neon signs and backdrops for weddings, birthdays, engagements, baby showers and corporate events. The flower walls use dense silk roses in crimson red, blush pink and ivory white, which hold up well in warm weather and look good under uplighting. Each wall has hidden mounts for a neon sign, with ready-made scripts such as Mr & Mrs, Better Together, Forever & Always, Happy Birthday and Oh Baby. Beyond the backdrops, the range includes a white curtain backdrop, bouclé lounges and armchairs, wireless uplights, spotlights, warm fairy lights, a red carpet with gold stanchions, floral centrepieces and tableware. The design side prints invitations, menus, place cards and welcome signs to match the styling. Everything is delivered, installed and packed down by the team, with the standard hire covering a 24-hour window and extensions available. Delivery is included within 30 km of the CBD, and longer trips are charged by the kilometre. Send an enquiry with your date and venue to check availability.

Can I collect La Vinci hire items myself?
No. Every piece is delivered, installed and collected by the La Vinci team to protect the items, and that service is part of the hire price within 30 km of the Brisbane CBD.
How is delivery charged beyond 30 km?
Delivery is free within 30 km of the CBD. Further out, travel is charged at $6 a kilometre on the standard non-toll route, with any unavoidable tolls added.
Can the flower walls go outdoors?
The pieces are made for indoor use and are not waterproof or wind-resistant. An outdoor setup can only be approved on the day, depending on the weather and the team's judgement.
How long does the hire last?
Most items include up to 24 hours of use, timed around your venue's access. Longer hires can be arranged, with extra hire fees for the added time.
What deposit is needed to book?
A 50% deposit secures the date and items, and the balance is due seven days before the event. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice.
