About Abril LaTrene
Abril LaTrene is a Brisbane drag queen, host and emcee with 17 years of performing behind her. Instantly recognisable by her blue hair, she builds her shows around glamour, comedy and plenty of cheeky conversation with the crowd. Drag bingo is her signature. A PG version suits workplaces and mixed groups, an adults-only version turns the humour up, and a jukebox edition adds a musical twist. Each runs for 90 minutes. Her one-hour trivia format draws on a large bank of questions, and both bingo and trivia can run in person, online or as a hybrid for teams in different places. Hens parties have their own menu. The Quickie is a 30-minute burst of performance, the Standard package gives you an hour, Bridal Bingo Bonanza and Jammin' Jukebox each take 90 minutes, and The Snuggler is a two-hour session designed for smaller gatherings. Bucks parties are welcome too. Beyond parties, Abril works as an emcee and host for corporate functions, Christmas and end-of-year celebrations, birthdays, baby showers and weddings, adding colour and keeping the program moving. She also develops drag dinners, brunches and regular shows with venues and fundraisers. Send an enquiry with your date and estimated guest numbers to check availability.
