About Don't Stop The Party
Don't Stop The Party is an event hire company working out of a warehouse in Brendale, on Brisbane's northside. It supplies marquees, furniture and event infrastructure for weddings, corporate functions, festivals and parties at home. Marquees are the core of the business. The range runs from pop-up gazebos to clear-span, structure and pagoda marquees, with structure marquees in 3 m, 6 m, 8 m, 10 m and 15 m widths and lengths extended to suit the site. As a guide, a 6 m by 9 m marquee seats about 60 guests at round tables or 72 at banquet tables. The crew puts up every marquee, dance floor and stage, and can also lay out the whole event if you want it done for you. The rest of the fit-out comes from the same warehouse. Tables, chairs, bean bags, bars, glow furniture, pallet furniture, flooring, umbrellas, heaters, fencing, linen, glassware, crockery, refrigeration and toilets are all available. Audio and lighting are covered too. PA speaker packages with a corded microphone, Bluetooth powered speakers, festoon and party lighting, truss and portable staging suit speeches, live acts and dance floors. Bookings are made online with live availability for each item. A 50% deposit secures the date, and delivery and the minimum order depend on your postcode.

Equipment & Service Details
Marquees, dance floors and stages are installed and packed down by the crew; other items are supply-only with optional set-up. For a weekend event, gear normally arrives between Thursday and Saturday and is picked up from Sunday to Tuesday, and dedicated delivery times can be added.
Frequently asked questions
What size marquee do we need for a seated dinner?
As a guide, a 6 m x 6 m structure marquee seats around 40 at round tables, and a 6 m x 9 m seats around 60. Leave more space if you plan a buffet, a bar or somewhere to dance.
Does the crew set everything up?
The crew installs every marquee, dance floor and stage. Tables and chairs are supply-only unless you add set-up and pack-down, and full event set-up can be booked.
Does an order need to reach a minimum value?
It does. Your postcode sets the minimum equipment value at $250, $500 or $1,000 before delivery is added, with inner Brisbane at the $250 level.
How does payment and cancellation work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking and the balance is charged 7 days before the event. Postponing more than 7 days out costs nothing and payments become a 12-month gift card.
Can small items be collected instead of delivered?
Yes. Small items can be picked up from the Brendale warehouse by arrangement between 9am and 3pm. Marquees and gear that needs installing are always delivered by the team.
