About Three Blue Ducks Burradoo

Set menus are the only way to dine at Three Blue Ducks Burradoo, which occupies a carefully restored farmhouse, around two centuries old, on Burradoo Park Farm at 6 Railway Road. The farm covers some 600 acres of working regenerative land on the edge of Bowral in the Southern Highlands. The kitchen starts with whatever the farm is growing, grazing or harvesting that week, then fills the gaps with produce from trusted growers nearby. Whole-animal cooking and a low-waste approach guide the menus, so dishes shift with the season rather than staying fixed. For groups, the farmhouse offers three settings: a Private Dining Room, the Kitchen Table looking straight into the open kitchen, and the Main Dining Room. The restaurant can also be booked for exclusive use, holding up to 52 guests either seated or standing. The venue suggests the farmhouse for milestone birthdays, engagement celebrations and corporate events, as well as relaxed gatherings of friends and family. The timber-lined rooms, big windows and farm outlook give a private event a calm, country feel. Lunch runs as a five-course menu from $175 per person, while the harvest menu of seven courses costs $210 per person and is served at lunch or dinner. Vegetarian versions of both menus are offered, and the drinks list leans on local producers. The events team plans each booking with you, from date and time of day to numbers and menu. Send an enquiry with your preferred date and group size to start the conversation.

Pricing

The restaurant serves set menus only. The five-course field menu is $175 per person at lunch, and the seven-course harvest menu is $210 per person at lunch or dinner.

Add-ons such as a black truffle course or a shared dry-aged beef dish are priced separately. A 10% surcharge applies on weekends, 15% on public holidays, and groups of 12 or more carry a discretionary 8% gratuity.

Food

Menus change with what is growing and grazing on Burradoo Park Farm, so the dishes on the day follow the season. Expect courses built around farm vegetables, lamb, beef and seafood, finished with a dessert course.

Vegetarian versions of both set menus are available, and the menus flag gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options, with vegan on request.

Beverages

The drinks list favours local producers whose approach to farming matches the kitchen's, with a small range from further afield. No drinks packages or bar tab terms are published, so talk through drinks with the events team when you enquire.

Availability

The restaurant trades Thursday to Sunday, and the events team arranges group bookings and exclusive use around that. Send an enquiry with your date, time of day and group size to book.
