About The Robertson Hotel
The Robertson Hotel is a heritage grand manor on a hilltop site in Robertson, in the Southern Highlands. The property spreads across 14 acres of gardens, with open fireplaces, a Gatsby-style bar, a lounge and a café inside the main building. For private events there are several rooms to choose from. The white Grand Dining Room, the Ballroom and the Sunroom can each be hired on an exclusive basis, or the Ballroom and Sunroom can be taken together. The Grand Dining Room holds up to 130 guests for a reception, and outdoor receptions on the grounds can take up to 200. The lawn suits garden ceremonies, with indoor spaces ready as a wet-weather fallback. Catering is handled in-house. Options include a one-hour canapé service, cocktail grazing with fruit and charcuterie, a buffet, and two- or three-course set menus, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices marked through the menu. Drinks run on three- or five-hour beverage packages, a spirits tab, a cocktail add-on or a bar tab set to an agreed amount, and a cash bar is also possible. A five-tier champagne tower can be ordered for a toast. With 55 rooms and suites on site, guests can stay the night, and the whole hotel can be reserved for larger occasions. A dedicated events manager looks after planning, so send an enquiry to start the conversation.
