About The Bundanoon Club
The Bundanoon Club is a community club at Bundanoon Oval on Erith Street, run with the help of local volunteers and staff. Its bistro, The Paddock, is led by chef Anthony Pellegrino and mixes Italian influences with local favourites. Functions are held in the auditorium or the bistro. The auditorium opens onto a deck that looks over the oval, and the hire fee covers black tablecloths, set-up and pack-down, a Bluetooth speaker and a TV. Sit-down meals are offered for groups of 25 or more, while smaller tables order from the bistro menu. The bowling green can also be part of a celebration and suits families with children. Catering packages cover finger food, a cocktail party menu served over 90 minutes, one- and two-course set menus and a self-serve buffet. Extras such as bread rolls, salads, chips, vegetables and desserts can be added per person. A bar tab can be set up and settled on the day, and BYO drinks are not allowed. The club takes enquiries for birthday parties, anniversaries, special dinners, team meetings and corporate gatherings. A 30% deposit secures the date, with final numbers and dietary needs due five days before. Send an enquiry to book.

What does it cost to hire the auditorium?
Hire is $150 Monday to Friday and $300 on weekends for up to 50 guests, rising to $250 and $500 for larger groups. The fee covers black tablecloths, set-up and pack-down, plus the club's Bluetooth speaker and TV.
What catering packages are available?
Finger food packages cost $35, $40 or $45 per person, and the cocktail party menu is $55 per person for five items or $75 for eight. Set menus run from $40 per person for one course to $60 for two, and the buffet is $55 per person with four dishes. Dessert can be added for $15 per person.
Is there a minimum group size for a sit-down meal?
Sit-down function meals are for groups of 25 or more. Smaller groups order from The Paddock's bistro menu instead.
Can we bring our own drinks?
No, BYO drinks are not permitted. A bar tab can be arranged and is paid on the day of the function.
How do we secure a booking?
A deposit of 30% of the total confirms the booking, with the balance paid before the function starts. Final numbers and dietary requirements are needed five full days ahead, and glitter, smoke and bubbles are not allowed anywhere in the club.
