About Moss Manor

Moss Manor is a boutique hotel on Throsby Street in Moss Vale, set in a two-storey Georgian-style building a short walk from Leighton Gardens. Abstract Australian art hangs on every wall, and the house has eight individually styled bedrooms, each with a marble ensuite. Events centre on the Glass Room, a modern glass addition at the back of the house that looks into tall conifers, birch, beech and weeping cherry trees around a century old. It seats 25 for a sit-down meal and takes around 50 for a looser cocktail-style gathering. For groups larger than the Glass Room allows, the team can arrange an outdoor celebration, seated or standing, under a marquee in the garden. A second space, the Moss Manor Workshop, is used alongside the Glass Room for meetings. Weddings here are deliberately small: micro weddings and elopements with the ceremony included, bridal suites for the couple, and catered celebrations inside. Booking the whole house gives the wedding party exclusive use of every bedroom, and a wedding concierge stays on site to coordinate the day. Corporate groups use the house for leadership retreats and working stays, with morning tea, conference lunches, a TV monitor and flipchart, and wifi throughout. The team can add catered dinners for up to 20 and outings such as winery tastings, cooking classes, foraging, gallery tours and guided walks. Smaller occasions are welcome too, from a book club morning tea to a product launch or a photo and film shoot.
