About Dormie House
Dormie House is a 1930s guesthouse on Arthur Street in Moss Vale, looking over the town's golf course. Alongside its 30 guest rooms it runs a restaurant, The Dining Room at Dormie, and a bar. For events the house has two function rooms. Together they cover everything from a small gathering to a larger event of up to 80 people, and the private function room has views straight out over the fairways. Wedding receptions of up to 80 guests are held in that room, with the restaurant kitchen looking after the meal. Having accommodation in the same building means guests can celebrate without needing to travel home afterwards. The house also takes birthday parties, work events and Christmas parties. The chefs can design a menu to suit the group and the budget, and the team helps with planning, catering and rooms for anyone staying over. Business groups use Dormie House for meetings, conferences and team-building days. The 18-hole golf course and a tennis court are on hand for activities between sessions, and the guest rooms make an overnight stay simple.
