About Pacific Dunes Greenhouse
Pacific Dunes Greenhouse is the restaurant, bar and event venue of Pacific Dunes Golf Club on Huntingdale Place in Medowie. The championship course around it covers 135 hectares of bushland, so most windows look out over greens, water and trees. Functions are held in the Orangery, a purpose-built event room with its own private space and soundproofing. A sound wall splits it in two, so a smaller group can take half while a bigger party opens up the whole room. The room seats up to 168 for a sit-down meal and takes up to 200 for a cocktail party, with round tables, long trestles or a standing layout. Bifold glass doors open onto a covered terrace beside the kitchen garden courtyard. The kitchen leans on seasonal produce, some of it grown in its own garden. Options run from grazing and hot platters to canapé packages, two or three course alternate-drop menus and a sparkling high tea for groups of 30 or more. The venue is fully licensed, so every drink is bought onsite, and wedding couples can choose a drinks package or set up a bar tab. An event coordinator looks after each booking, and the room comes with a PA, wireless microphone, built-in speakers, wifi and a projector. Weddings can start at one of three ceremony spots on the grounds before moving inside for the reception, with golf carts for photos. Birthdays, engagements, Christmas parties and conferences use the same room, and functions finish by 11pm.

How many guests can Pacific Dunes Greenhouse hold?
The function room seats up to 168 for a sit-down meal and holds up to 200 for a cocktail-style event. For conferences it takes up to 200 in theatre rows, and half the room suits smaller groups of 10 to 40.
What does it cost to hold a function here?
Room hire is $300 for half the function room or $500 for the whole room, and a minimum spend applies that changes with the day and time. Catering starts with canapé packages at $20 per person for three pieces.
What food is available for a party or event?
Choose from grazing boards, hot platters, sandwich and pizza platters, canapés in packages of three, six or nine, and alternate-drop menus of two or three courses. High tea with a glass of sparkling on arrival is offered for groups of 30 or more, and the kitchen will work with dietary needs.
Can we bring our own drinks or a cake?
No outside drinks are allowed, as the venue is fully licensed and all beverages are bought onsite. For weddings the only food you can bring is your wedding cake, which the team will cut and serve on platters.
Can we have a wedding ceremony on the golf course?
Yes. Couples can choose the Garden View, Lake View or 10th Fairway ceremony spots, with the course locations available from 3.30pm. If the weather turns, the ceremony moves to the covered terrace, and receptions finish by 11pm.
