Birthday Party Venues in Mullumbimby & Brunswick

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

Birthday hosts in the Mullumbimby & Brunswick area pick between three quite different towns. Mullumbimby has the club in the main street, Billinudgel has a century-old country pub, and Ocean Shores has the local tavern by the river.

Choosing between the three for a birthday:

Mullumbimby for a big indoor crowd: Mullumbimby Ex-Services Club on Dalley Street hires its air-conditioned Auditorium for up to 220, with $100 room hire.
Billinudgel for a rustic party: Billinudgel Hotel puts its rear shed, grassy yard and open-air stage up for hire, roomy enough for around 150.
Ocean Shores for sunset drinks: the Deck at Ocean Shores Tavern takes 40 at the table or 60 on their feet, free of any hire charge.
Food differs by town, from club caterers with buffets and barbecues to grazing packages at the pub and smokehouse boxes at the tavern.
Drinks can run on a capped bar tab at the club, a private bar at Billinudgel or the tavern's own taps beside the river.

Families with older relatives tend to favour the club's cool, sit-down room. Younger crowds lean towards the pub stage or the tavern garden.
