About Love for Life Celebrant
Love for Life Celebrant is Victoria Armstrong, a marriage celebrant based in Ballina who marries couples across Byron Bay and its hinterland. Her knack is reading the couple: some want a laid-back ceremony, some want tradition, others want a themed or full rock and roll affair, and she shapes the ceremony to suit. The Celebrant Package starts from $990 and covers anything from a simple legal ceremony to an elopement, micro-wedding, pop-up or a large wedding at a formal venue. If you want more help, three bundles pair her with a stylist and simple flowers, add a photographer, or add a ride in a lovingly restored kombi. She also offers wedding coordination to take on your suppliers. Once you book with a 25% booking fee, Victoria contacts you about three months out to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage, then works with you on the ceremony and your vows. You meet again in the days before the wedding to finalise details and sign the remaining paperwork. A fun extra is Dress Me, where you choose her outfit from a rail of dresses so she sits comfortably within your colour scheme. Couples can meet her in person or by video call. How much does a Love for Life ceremony cost?
The Celebrant Package starts from $990. Bundles start from $3,300 with a stylist and simple flowers, $4,999 adding a photographer and $5,300 adding kombi hire. Legals-only pricing is on request.
How do we secure our date?
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the overall fee locks in your date. The remaining balance is paid about a month before the wedding.
Can we choose what our celebrant wears?
Yes. With the Dress Me service you pick Victoria's dress, shoes and earrings from her selection, so she fits your colour palette and never stands out in your photos.
When do we sort out the legal paperwork?
Victoria gets in touch about three months before the wedding to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage. In the final days you meet again to finalise details and sign the remaining legal declaration.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Victoria meets couples in person or by Skype, Zoom or FaceTime, which suits couples planning a Byron Bay wedding from out of town.
