About Your Day Videography
Your Day Videography is a Brisbane wedding film team that also offers wedding photography. The focus is the wedding day itself – the preparations, the ceremony, the speeches and the reception – recorded in 4K with dedicated audio gear so the vows come through clearly. Every couple starts with a consultation, and the crew works from a shot list built around what matters to you, whether that is a surprise performance, a pet ring bearer or fireworks at the end of the night. Planning sessions four to six weeks out settle the ideas, and the team looks over the venue to plan for low light or a wet-weather backup. Packages are built around hours of coverage. The entry option gives you one videographer for six hours, a short teaser cut for social media and a three-minute highlights film, while larger packages stretch to eight, ten or twelve hours with drone footage, a speeches film, a full ceremony film and longer highlight edits. Combined packages add a photographer who delivers edited and retouched images, and a second videographer can cover both sets of preparations. Styles range from a short highlights reel to a documentary-style edit, a cinematic cut with drone shots or a longer feature version. Films arrive by download link, usually six to sixteen weeks after the wedding – send an enquiry to check your date.

What does the entry-level wedding video package include?
The base video package has one videographer for six hours, HD/4K recording, a 30-second teaser for social media and a three-minute colour-graded highlights film.
Can we book photography as well as video?
Yes. There are photography-only packages and combined packages that pair a videographer with a photographer, with edited and retouched photos and, on the $7,700 combo, sneak-peek images.
Is drone footage available for our wedding?
Aerial drone footage is included from the $3,000 package up. Flights depend on the weather – the drone stays grounded in rain or strong wind, and the team arranges venue permits.
How long until we receive the finished film?
Films are usually delivered between six and sixteen weeks after the wedding as a downloadable link, which stays active for 30 days, so save a copy straight away.
How does the deposit and final payment work?
A non-refundable 50 per cent deposit locks in your date, and the balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Payment plans can be discussed when you enquire.
