About Circle of Fun Photo Booths
Circle of Fun Photo Booths is owned by Karen Stringfellow, who has worked as a wedding and event planner for six years and runs the business from Cornubia. Her booths turn up at work functions, birthdays, school formals, graduations and weddings, and for companies the team can build branded activations and themed sets around a booth. The 360 video booth has guests stand back to back on a platform while the camera arm circles for ten seconds, creating a 30-second boomerang video. A team member then shows the clip or sends guests to a sharing station for SMS, email or AirDrop. Props are picked to suit your theme. Digital photo booth packages are drop-off hires: the booth is set up at an agreed time and collected the next day, with digital stickers, three filters, instant downloads and a host link to the online album. The Glam booth uses a white 8 ft backdrop, black-and-white photos and a beauty filter. Upgrades include printed backdrops, a black enclosed booth, custom overlays, a 30-piece prop station, a video guest book, photo printing and a VIP set-up with bollards and a carpet runway. Booths need a flat area of about 2.5 m by 2.5 m, ideally at ground level or with ramp or lift access, and all of them are wheelchair friendly. Custom printed backdrops need six weeks' notice.

How much space does a Circle of Fun booth need?
Each booth needs a flat area of about 2.5 m by 2.5 m. Ground level is easiest because the equipment is heavy, but a ramp or lift works too, and the booth should sit away from windows and air conditioners.
Which areas are included in the travel allowance?
Packages include a 60 km round trip from Cornubia, which covers suburbs such as Springwood, Capalaba, Cleveland, Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt, Wynnum, Springfield and Indooroopilly. Further trips are charged per kilometre, plus any tolls or ferry fees.
How does the 360 video booth work?
Guests choose props, step onto the platform and the camera arm records them for ten seconds as it circles. The result is a 30-second boomerang video that can be shared straight away by SMS, email or AirDrop.
How does a drop-off digital booth hire work?
The booth is delivered and installed at an agreed time and picked up the next day, so it is an overnight hire. Guests download their photos instantly, and the host receives a link to the whole online album.
How do we secure a booking?
Choose a package and any upgrades, check your date is free and sign the digital contract. A $99 deposit holds the date and comes off the total, and the balance is paid the day before the event.
