Heart Heart Events is a boutique Brisbane styling business led by Kelly, offering event design, fresh florals, hire and planning for intimate weddings and boutique events of two to 60 guests. You deal with one team from the first idea to pack-down, whether you need a few finishing touches or the whole event curated. Small weddings and elopements are a specialty. The Essential Ceremony Package suits up to 18 guests and brings a small arbour, Americana chairs, a signing table, aisle and arbour rugs, hurricane vases with pillar candles, a bridal bouquet and buttonhole and a signing table posy, plus delivery, set-up and pack-down. Coordination is included too: a consultation, a meeting four weeks out, a mood board, a run sheet and liaison with your venue and suppliers. The Luxe Ceremony Package steps up to abundant arbour florals, a floral nest, petals for the aisle and confetti cones. Beyond weddings, the team styles milestone birthdays, engagement parties, Christmas functions, client events and brand celebrations. Luxury picnics draw on a hire library of whitewash tables, vintage rugs, cushions, lounges, goblets, linen napkins and lanterns, and grazing tables are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen. Can I add extras to a wedding package?
Yes. Published add-ons include grazing and drink stations, extra Americana chairs at $8 or luxe chairs at $15, photography from $750, and musicians or DJs from $250.
How do grazing tables work?
They are made in a licensed commercial kitchen and set up over one to three hours as a self-serve light meal. The team returns within three hours of your start to clear the table, and staff can be quoted.
How do I secure a booking?
Tell the team about your event, receive a personalised proposal and quote, then pay a 50% deposit to lock in the date. The balance is due four weeks before, or two weeks for picnics.
