About Onstage Entertainment
Onstage Entertainment is a Brisbane agency with more than four decades of experience in booking event entertainment. Rather than leaving you to sort through performers online, the team matches each act to your audience and venue, confirms the artist's insurance and looks after the logistics so the show arrives on time and in the right style. Dancers sit at the heart of the roster. Feature shows include a circus-themed Greatest Showman routine with a singing ringmaster and four dancers, an LED and laser piece with a light-up butterfly and glowing performers, a Latin-flavoured Havana Nights production with brass and drums, and a Back to the Future song-and-dance number with skateboard tricks. Most run for around five to ten minutes and can be scaled up with aerialists, acrobats or extra cast. For weddings and functions, the agency books cover bands ranging from duos to six-piece groups playing pop, soul, funk, R&B and chart hits, along with harpists, string players and acoustic or classical guitarists for the ceremony. MCs can be booked to host gala dinners, conferences and charity events. Corporate clients make up much of the work – conferences, gala dinners, grand openings and company celebrations – and the team can also help with wider event planning.
