About Nina de Borde Celebrant
Nina de Borde is an authorised marriage celebrant living in Bundanoon, where her family settled in 2007. She has married more than 1,000 couples over 15-plus years, and her background in the arts and corporate events shows in how smoothly her ceremonies run. As a local, she knows the venues and suppliers and is happy to point couples towards them. The process is simple: check that your date is free, meet Nina for a coffee or a video call, then build the ceremony together. She drafts the full script in advance – words and movements – so everyone knows exactly how it will unfold. There are three packages. Short & Sweet is a legals-only ceremony of about ten minutes at a location of your choice, including travel, paperwork, one planning meeting and a PA. The Small Ceremony suits up to 50 guests and tells your story in 20 to 30 minutes with up to two readings and an optional rehearsal. The Full Shebang runs around 30 minutes for larger weddings, with Nina liaising with your other suppliers. She also works as a reception MC until the first dance – send an enquiry through Party Hero to check her availability.

What packages does Nina de Borde offer?
Short & Sweet, a legals-only ceremony, is $800; the Small Ceremony for up to 50 guests is $1,200; and the Full Shebang for larger weddings is $1,500. MC services are an add-on from $800.
When is the Short & Sweet package available?
It is not offered on Fridays or Saturday afternoons. It runs for roughly ten minutes and covers the legal wording, vows and ring exchange, travel, paperwork and registration.
Can Nina be our MC as well as our celebrant?
Yes. As an add-on from $800, Nina announces the bridal party, introduces speeches, coordinates key moments with your venue and suppliers, and provides a running sheet and PA up to the first dance.
Do we need a rehearsal?
Often not. A rehearsal is included in the Small Ceremony and Full Shebang if you want one; an onsite rehearsal may cost extra otherwise, and Nina can talk you through the setup for free.
What ceremonies besides weddings does Nina conduct?
Alongside marriages, Nina leads commitment ceremonies, vow renewals and baby naming ceremonies, and she can act as MC for a wedding reception after the ceremony.
