About The Gelato Bike
The Gelato Bike is based in the Illawarra and brings its custom refrigerated trike up to Southern Highlands weddings, birthdays, work parties and Christmas celebrations. It has already served guests at Bendooley Estate and Centennial Vineyards. Each booking comes with a uniformed attendant who hands out unlimited scoops for 60 or 90 minutes, which begins once the trike is ready. Four flavours are picked from a rotating range of gelato and sorbet, such as salted caramel, vanilla bean, Belgian milk chocolate or mango sorbet. A themed umbrella, a personalised menu board, cones, cups, spoons and serviettes are all part of the package. For something more filling, the doughnut option adds gelato-filled cinnamon doughnuts and spreads, with two attendants on hand. Couples often time the service for straight after the ceremony or during pre-dinner drinks. The trike has built-in LED lights for evening service and needs only a single power point, with a long lead or a small generator available for lawns, gardens and farm sites. Cups and spoons are biodegradable, and any gelato left over goes into your venue's freezer. The bike cannot be carried up stairs, so mention gates, slopes or steps when you send an enquiry to book.

Service Details
Guests can keep coming back for 60 or 90 minutes once set-up is done. The trike measures 110 cm by 230 cm and needs one power point, and any gelato left over can go into the venue's freezer or cool room.

Can the bike be set up on a lawn or at a farm venue?
Yes. It runs off one power point, a long lead can be brought along, and a small generator can be hired at extra cost where power is out of reach. It cannot be lifted up stairs, so let the team know about steps, gates or slopes.
What does the doughnut package include?
Gelato in cups and cones plus a gelato-filled cinnamon doughnut for each guest, with Nutella and Biscoff spreads and two attendants. It is priced for 100 guests from $2,199, and extra doughnuts are $9 each.
Does The Gelato Bike only do weddings?
No. Birthdays, Christmas and staff parties, corporate functions and brand activations are booked as well, with the same attendant, four flavours and styling.
