Byron Coach Company is a bus and coach charter business run locally from Ewingsdale, just outside Byron Bay. The team has been moving groups around the area for more than 15 years, and the owner, Mick, stays your single contact for the whole job, from quoting the trip to dropping off the last guest. Weddings are a big part of the work. The coaches shuttle guests from their accommodation to the ceremony, on to the reception and home again with late-night return runs, which leaves every guest free of the car keys and the hunt for a park. Bigger guest lists can be split across several vehicles, and each wedding gets its own run sheet built from your venues and timings. Businesses use the fleet for conference transfers, team offsites, incentive trips and group dinners, and the company can also put together a corporate retreat package that bundles accommodation, meals and local activities with the transport. Shuttles for festivals, events and venues, plus short or multi-stop private charters, round out the offer. The fleet runs from 13 and 24-seat minibuses through 33 and 34-seat midi coaches to full-size coaches with 48, 54 and 61 seats, every one air-conditioned and kept in clean, well-maintained condition. To book, send your passenger numbers, travel date, pick-up time and pick-up and drop-off points for a free quote. Within six weeks of travel, full payment confirms the booking; further out, a 30% deposit secures the date and the balance falls due 30 days before travel. The business operates around the clock, seven days a week.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling within 90 days of travel attracts a 100% fee. Cancelling more than 90 days out is not refunded, but the amount is kept as a credit towards a future trip, as set out in the booking terms.
