About Nica Photography
Nica grew up in the Southern Highlands and knows the region, and its photo locations, inside and out. Through Nica Photography she photographs weddings with a natural, unobtrusive style, and couples often say they found pictures of moments they never noticed her taking. She works closely with each couple so nothing is missed. Every package begins with a pre-wedding consultation at the wedding site and a photography schedule for the day, which helps couples plan the timeline as well as the pictures. There are four wedding packages. Elope covers two hours of ceremony, family and couple photos. Soul runs four hours, from the ceremony to guests arriving at the reception. Heart adds the bride getting ready across six hours, and Love covers eight hours through to speeches and the cake cutting. Images are lightly retouched for a natural look and delivered as a hi-res download and a password-protected online gallery, without watermarks. The Love package also includes a personalised wooden USB, colour and black-and-white copies and 40 professional prints in a wooden box. Extras include additional hours, a second photographer, albums, parent albums, prints, a slideshow set to music, thank-you cards and a one-hour engagement shoot. A $500 deposit holds the date. How much does Nica Photography charge for a wedding?
Packages start at $1,500 for a two-hour elopement. Four hours is $2,400, six hours is $3,000 and the eight-hour Love package is $3,500.
What does each wedding package cover?
Elope covers the ceremony, family and couple shots. Soul runs on until guests arrive at the reception, Heart starts with the bride getting ready, and Love continues through speeches and the cake cutting.
How many photos will we receive?
Each package sets a minimum: at least 175 images for Elope, 350 for Soul, 500 for Heart and 650 for Love, all lightly retouched for a natural look and free of watermarks.
Can we add a second photographer or more time?
Yes. A second photographer is charged per hour with a two-hour minimum, and extra coverage can be added to any package, covering both the shooting time and the editing.
How do we secure our wedding date?
A $500 deposit holds the date, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding. The deposit is not refunded on cancellation but can move to another available date or shoot.
