About The Red Poppy Florist
The Red Poppy Florist is the wedding floristry studio of Ellyse, who has been creating flowers for couples across the Southern Highlands for more than 12 years. She designed the flowers for her own wedding, and every booking is handled by her personally. Bridal flowers cover the bride's bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets in several styles, flower crowns or posies for flower girls, corsages and buttonholes. For the ceremony, choices range from a rectangular arbour or split arch to plinths, urns, metal stands and ground crescents, plus a welcome sign arrangement. Ceremony pieces can be moved to the reception once the vows are done. Reception flowers include the bridal table, guest table centrepieces such as bud vases, flower clouds or garlands, and finishing touches for the cake and seating chart. A styling range is available for hire, from vessels, candle holders and signage to arbour frames, candles in glass, cheesecloth runners, wooden table numbers, easels and a wishing well. Garden ceremonies, country venues, elopements and intimate weddings are all catered for. To begin, couples fill in a detailed enquiry and receive a formal quote by email within about two days, followed by a consultation by phone or video call. A 20% deposit secures the date, with the balance due four weeks before the wedding. Send an enquiry through Party Hero to check availability.
