Pro DJs Australia, a DJ and MC business based in Sydney, has more than 30 years in events and runs a dedicated service for Bowral and Southern Highlands weddings. Its DJs regularly play the Gibraltar Hotel, Peppers Craigieburn, Milton Park Country House and Bendooley Estate, and the team is happy to set up at private properties across the region. Weddings, corporate events, private functions and milestone birthdays are all covered. Packages are set by DJ experience, so you choose how hands-on the host should be. Silver gives you a dependable DJ who has 8 to 10 years behind the decks and handles the core MC tasks, while Gold and Platinum step up to DJs with 10 to 20-plus years who take a bigger role in running the night. Music runs from the 1950s to current party anthems, and guest requests are welcome. For Highlands weddings there is a ceremony and reception package with microphones for the vows and background music, a reception-only option built around the dance floor, and a DJ and MC combination. Sets can be shaped from your own playlist preferences. Extras run to cold sparks, tube lighting, uplighting, dry ice, CO2 cannons, confetti machines, a gobo monogram, candid photos, silent disco headsets and photo booths. Hourly rates start at $220 for Silver, Gold costs $275 an hour and Platinum $330. Standard packages run up to five hours, overtime is charged by the hour and a deposit confirms the date.
