About morlyfe entertainment
morlyfe entertainment is a DJ company run by co-founders Isaac and Daniel, who spent more than ten years playing clubs and events through Australasia and Europe before turning to private functions. In the Southern Highlands they take on weddings, engagements, big birthdays and corporate functions, treating each reception as a live performance rather than a jukebox. Musically, expect house and up-to-date remixes first, blended with R&B, hip hop and dance tracks as the room responds. Nothing is pre-programmed: ahead of the event you use the client planning portal to set out preferred genres, the songs that must play during the formalities and anything to leave out. The team also goes over the run sheet and technical feeds with your venue, planner or AV crew. Microphone time stays short, and cues come from your MC so speeches and entrances run to plan. Packages are sized by crowd. Ignite covers 40 to 90 guests, Amplify steps up the sound and lights for 90 to 150 and adds a tailored playlist, and Headliner brings bigger production and effects to crowds above 150. A Boiler Room option offers an underground-style set with a photographer or videographer included, and a live saxophonist can be added to any DJ booking. The rig pairs Pioneer DJ decks with Yamaha speakers and moving-head lights, set up with cables out of sight to suit a styled country venue. Backup equipment travels for every critical piece, and public liability insurance is in place. Send an enquiry with your date, venue and guest count to get a quote.

Frequently asked questions
Does morlyfe entertainment play weddings in the Southern Highlands?
Yes. The team runs a dedicated Southern Highlands wedding service and also plays engagement parties, birthdays and corporate nights in the region. Send an enquiry with your date and venue to check availability.
What style of music do the DJs play?
Expect mostly house and current remixes, plus R&B, hip hop and dance tracks worked in to suit the crowd. Everything is mixed live, so the music follows the room instead of a fixed list.
Which package suits our crowd size?
Ignite suits 40 to 90 guests, while Amplify lifts the sound and lights for groups of 90 to 150. Headliner is aimed at 150 or more guests, adding fuller production and special effects.
Can a saxophonist perform with the DJ?
Yes. A live saxophonist can be booked alongside the DJ set, which adds a live element to a reception, gala or big birthday once the dancing starts.
Will the DJ act as MC for the night?
No. The DJs keep microphone talk brief and let the music lead, taking direction from your own MC so that speeches, entrances and the first dance land on cue.
