About Boho and Ivy
Boho and Ivy is a family-run event styling and bell tent business based in Bundanoon, with a leaning towards relaxed, boutique and nature-loving celebrations. Its work spans glamping, table styling, weddings, picnics and prop hire across the Southern Highlands. Bell tents are the centrepiece. The Kids' Retreat turns a 4, 5 or 6 m canvas tent into a party hang-out with rugs, cushions, bean bags, festoon lighting, lanterns, bunting and a personalised timber sign. Sleepovers add foam mattresses, sheets, doonas, trays and themed decorations, and suit both slumber parties and glamping hens' weekends. The styled Event Tent becomes a lounge with cane or vintage seating and coffee tables in the colours you choose, while canopy picnics roll the sides up for shaded wedding receptions and work gatherings. Themed party set-ups cover pirates, Harry Potter, Peter Rabbit, teepee and disco parties and baby showers. The full pirate table for twelve guests includes metal plates and goblets, a treasure chest, flags, bunting and lanterns. For adults there are paint and sip nights for hens, bridal showers, work and Christmas parties, plus 1920s murder mystery dinner kits. The prop range is largely upcycled and restored: wine barrels, rustic bars, vintage couch sets in several colours, giant garden games, a movie projector, an instant camera and custom timber signs. Frequently asked questions
How long is a bell tent hire?
Parties and events using the bell tents have a two-night minimum, because the quality tents and solar festoon lights take time to set up and pack down. Longer hires can be arranged.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free within 30 km of the Bundanoon base, which reaches Mittagong, Robertson, Canyonleigh and most Highlands towns in between. Further locations attract a delivery fee.
What happens if it rains?
Organise a covered or indoor backup space. If rain is forecast, get in touch at least 48 hours ahead to change plans, or reschedule a picnic with at least 72 hours' notice.
Is there a deposit or bond?
A 20% non-refundable deposit confirms the date, the balance is due three days before the event, and a bond is held and refunded in full when items come back clean and undamaged.
Do you style adult parties as well as kids' parties?
Yes. Paint and sip nights suit hens, bridal showers, work and Christmas parties, the murder mystery kits are for older teens and adults, and canopy picnics suit wedding receptions.
