About Fingal House
Fingal House is a family-friendly country homestead on five acres of green hills in Fingal, let as a whole property to one group at a time. It sleeps up to 24 people, with a cap of 16 adults, so it suits extended families and friends travelling to the Peninsula for a milestone birthday, a wedding nearby or a long weekend together. There are seven bedrooms: three with king beds, two with queens and two bunk rooms fitted with adult-sized king singles. The kitchen has double Miele ovens for big group meals, and the living areas include an indoor fireplace and several separate spaces to spread out. Two portacots and two highchairs are supplied for families with babies. Outside are a mineral swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a built-in Weber barbecue, an outdoor shower, an in-ground trampoline and a cubby house with a slide and climbing wall. Work groups can take a midweek corporate package, with a dining table that seats 14 and extends to 18, a large screen with HDMI for presentations and fast wifi. The house is on Maxwell Road, opposite Hawkes Farm Gate on Boneo Road. Peninsula Hot Springs, Cape Schanck, the ocean beaches at Gunnamatta, St Andrews and Rye, and golf at Moonah Links, The Dunes and The National are all nearby, and guests park on the gravel driveway.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am, with keys collected from a lockbox. Corporate groups staying midweek get an 8am check-in and a 5pm check-out.
Is there parking for a large group?
Yes. There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway, and guests are asked to keep their cars off the grass on either side.
