About Aquabelle
Aquabelle is a set of seven self-contained holiday apartments on the main road through Rye, directly opposite the beach and pier. Owners Donna and Vesna run it for families and groups of friends, and it suits relatives travelling to the Peninsula for a wedding or a milestone birthday who want their own space and kitchen. Apartment Two has the most room, with three bedrooms for six guests: a king master with an ensuite and reading nook, a room with twin king singles and a second king room. Apartments One, Three, Four and Five each have two bedrooms for four, and Apartments Six and Seven are one-bedroom lofts for couples with a king bed and a stone bath. Each apartment has a full kitchen, air conditioning, free wifi and a smart TV, and the beach-facing apartments open onto terraces looking over Port Phillip Bay. Daily servicing can be arranged for a fee, and stays of more than a week include a free weekly clean. Guests come and go with a private PIN code through a secure rear car park, with free parking for two cars at Apartments One to Three and one car at the others. Rye's cafes, shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and Peninsula Hot Springs is nearby.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. You receive a personal four-digit PIN that opens the car park gate and your apartment door for the length of your stay.
Which apartment suits a family?
Apartment Two has three bedrooms and sleeps six. The two-bedroom apartments take four and the one-bedroom lofts are for a couple, with no room for extra guests beyond those numbers.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is free in the secure car park at the rear: two cars for Apartments One, Two and Three and one car for Apartments Four to Seven.
Can a larger group book several apartments?
There are seven apartments on the one site, and the owners invite larger groups and longer stays to call them, noting that rates may be negotiable.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Most stays are at least two nights, long weekends three, Easter four and the peak summer period seven. Single midweek nights are sometimes possible with a surcharge.
