About Heaven 7 Events
Heaven 7 Events is a Melbourne mobile bar and drinks caterer that brings the whole bar to you. Each package arrives with the stock, ice, bar tools, glassware and licensed bartenders, so there is no run to the bottle shop and nobody stuck mixing drinks all night. The drinks list is built around the event: choose an open bar with beer, wine, sparkling and spirits, or go for cocktail catering with classic and signature drinks shaken to order, plus mocktails for anyone not drinking. Pay-per-cocktail and bottomless options are both on offer, and the menu can be matched to a party theme or a set of colours. Coffee is the other half of the business, with a barista cart brewing ST. ALi beans for conferences, morning events, wedding receptions and next-day recovery sessions. Extras such as a champagne tower, a cocktail tower or a fairy floss cart can be added for extra theatre on the night. The team works across weddings and engagements, milestone birthdays, hens and bucks parties, Christmas parties, farewells, product launches and sporting club functions. Bars, carts and cups can be branded with a company logo for activations and work events. Staff usually arrive one to two hours early to set up and style the bar, then pack down and remove service waste afterwards. What comes with a Heaven 7 Events mobile bar booking?
Packages are all-inclusive: the drinks stock, ingredients, ice, bar tools, glassware and licensed bartenders, plus setup, styling and pack-down. A branded physical bar can be added if you want one.
Can we hire bartenders on their own without the bar?
Bartender-only hire runs Monday to Friday for offices, launches and private functions. On weekends the bartenders come only as part of a mobile bar or cocktail catering package.
Is there anything for guests who skip alcohol?
Yes. Mocktails, soft drinks and barista coffee can sit alongside the beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, so guests who don't drink are looked after too.
How early does the team arrive?
The crew usually turns up one to two hours before service to set up, style the bar and check equipment, then packs everything down and takes the service waste away afterwards.
How far ahead should we book?
Heaven 7 Events suggests booking two to six months out, especially for spring and summer dates, though the team will try to help with short-notice requests where it can.
