About Langbrook Farm
Langbrook Farm is a 300-acre property at Yarra Junction in the Upper Yarra, where Charolais cattle graze below a small vineyard and a truffle orchard. It offers three self-contained places to stay, each looking out across farmland to the ranges, which suits families or small groups in the valley for a wedding or a milestone birthday. The Cottage is the family option. It has two bedrooms with two queen beds, a single, a pull-out and a day bed, sleeping up to seven, plus a large kitchen, a living room with a billiard table and wood fire, and a verandah over its own pool and BBQ area. Couples can choose between two one-bedroom Vista apartments, each with a king bed, kitchen and private verandah. Vista 1 has an open-plan layout and room for a portacot, while Vista 2 has a separate living and dining area. Every stay includes breakfast provisions for the first morning, with sourdough, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, coffee and tea, and firewood is supplied. Guests share a hot tub with valley views, a tennis court with racquets provided, a communal fire pit, a cubby house and tree swings. The pool is kept for Cottage guests. Booking all three units lets a small wedding party or extended family stay together, with free parking on site.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only, there are no wild or noisy parties, and day visitors need prior arrangement. ID checks may be needed to confirm a booking.

How many guests can Langbrook Farm sleep?
The Cottage sleeps up to seven in two bedrooms, and the two Vista apartments sleep two each, so the three units together hold up to eleven guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 11am, unless other times are arranged with the hosts.
Is it suitable for families with young children?
Yes. The Cottage is set up for families with a portacot and high chair, and Vista 1 has room for a portacot at no extra charge. There is a cubby house and tree swings on the farm.
Can we invite friends over during our stay?
Day visitors are not allowed without prior arrangement, and charges apply. Wild or noisy parties are not permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 28 days before check-in for a 75% refund, or 14 to 28 days before for 50%. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not refunded.
