About Gracemont
Gracemont is a Victorian cottage in Healesville, let as a whole home for up to six guests and surrounded by established gardens. Host Lucinda welcomes families, groups of friends and wedding parties, and the cottage can be booked for wedding preparations or a wedding-night stay when arranged with her ahead of time. Ceremonies, receptions and parties cannot be held on site. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the third holds extra-long twins that the host can make up as a king. Guests share a single bathroom, which has a soaking bath and a step-free shower, and the toilet is separate. The living room, dining room and full kitchen sit alongside a deck with a gas barbecue, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Gas ducted heating, air conditioning in the living areas, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, wifi and smart TVs are all included. Two undercover car spaces sit in the carport, with more parking behind and a 10-amp connection for charging an electric vehicle. Families will find enclosed gardens, a cubby house, a highchair, and a cot or trundle bed on request. Larger groups can pair Gracemont with Tiny Grace, a second stay from the same host, to sleep up to eight between the two.

Can a bridal party get ready at Gracemont on the wedding morning?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Contact the host before booking with the number of people coming and any hair, makeup or photography suppliers visiting. The cottage cannot host ceremonies, receptions or parties.
How many guests can stay?
Up to six. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has extra-long twins that can be joined as a king. Booking Gracemont together with Tiny Grace takes the total to eight.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm unless arranged in advance, and check-out is by 11am. Entry is by a smart key safe, with a code sent before you arrive.
Is there parking?
Parking is free, with two undercover spaces in the carport and extra room behind. Turn into Lalors Lane from Lalors Road.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, stays are a minimum of two nights, which leaves time to settle in around a wedding or birthday celebration.
