About Brooklands of Mornington
Brooklands of Mornington is resort-style accommodation on Tanti Avenue, where a homestead dating from about 1878 sits alongside modern guest wings. It works as a base for families and couples coming to the Peninsula for a wedding or a milestone birthday, and the property also caters for conferences. There are four suite types. Brooklands Studios are self-contained, with a king bed, a microwave, an executive desk and a roomy ensuite. Deluxe King suites have a king bed and desk, and the Deluxe King and Single adds a single bed and a private courtyard. Deluxe Family suites sleep four, with a queen bed, two singles, an ensuite and a courtyard of their own. Guests have the use of a heated pool and spa. Landscaped gardens and paths surround the old homestead, which gives the grounds a quiet, resort-like feel despite being so close to town. Mornington's restaurants, bars and boutiques are an easy walk away, as are several of Port Phillip's beaches. Rooms can be booked online, and the team can be contacted directly to plan a conference or a group staying for a special occasion.

The hotel sucks. Besides the bugs and dirt, I showered for only one minute and it suddenly ran out of hot water. The bath heater blew cold winds continuously. So freezing in winter.

Not a great experience. Room looked nice in photos but was very dirty, bugs and dust everywhere. Also, it is more of a motel not a hotel. Staff was amazing though
