About Boathouse Resort Studios & Suites
The Boathouse Resort is a complex of studios and suites on Point Nepean Road in Blairgowrie, facing the front beach and marina between Rye and Sorrento. It gives wedding guests and families visiting the southern Peninsula a choice of room sizes in one place, with reception staffed from 8.30am to 8.30pm. Room types run from Deluxe Suites on the ground floor, with a king bed and an optional double sofa bed, to Luxury King Spa Studios upstairs with private balconies and a corner spa bath. Garden Family Studios have a king bed, a single and space for another single, plus a private courtyard, and there are also Balcony Suites, Spa Suites, an Upstairs Deluxe Suite and The Retreat. Every room has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and toaster, split-system heating and cooling, a smart TV and free wifi, and housekeeping is included daily. Outside there's a swimming pool and barbecue area, and the Panda restaurant operates on site. Blairgowrie's beach, marina and cafes are across the road, and the Searoad ferry at Sorrento is close by. Contactless self check-in can be arranged by phoning reception on the morning of arrival, which helps if a wedding day starts early.
