About Healesville Motor Inn
Healesville Motor Inn is an independently run motel on Maroondah Highway, set on about an acre of garden in the centre of Healesville. It suits event visitors who want a simple, comfortable room close to town – wedding guests, families gathering for a milestone birthday, or friends sharing a few rooms for a Yarra Valley weekend. There are five room types. The queen room and the wheelchair-accessible room each sleep two, the twin share takes three with a queen and a single, and the family room sleeps four with a double and two singles. The two-bedroom suite is the roomiest option, with a queen in one bedroom and three singles in the other for up to five guests. Every room has an ensuite, air conditioning, electric blankets, a flat-screen TV, wifi, a microwave, a toaster, tea and coffee, and a mini bar stocked with local wine and beer. Outside, the lawn and playground give children room to run, and outdoor chairs are set up for a quiet drink in the evening. Parking is free in a roomy car park on site. The motel has a strict no-party policy with quiet hours overnight, so treat it as a restful base between the celebrations rather than a place to hold them.
